At TipTop Athletics, our sports training program was developed using leading-edge techniques to produce maximum improvements in sports performance, safely and effectively.
Every athlete in the program must first complete a mandatory comprehensive assessment. During this evaluation, athletes are taught our signature Dynamic Warm-Up, are evaluated during our Running Analysis Procedures, and are asked to complete a battery of physical speed and strength tests.
After the evaluation, every athlete and parent meets individually with a Tip Top Athletics fitness expert to:
- Review the results and to select the appropriate program to fit his or her needs.
- Create a customized fitness program that is designed to keep pace with your child's increasing fitness level.
- Provide regular assessments to measure and track your child's progress.
- Offer education and motivation so that your child succeeds.
